This unassuming semi-detached property in Ipswich had an old timber conservatory at the rear and a small kitchen with a separate dining room. Designed by local architect Last & Tricker Partnership, the new scheme includes a large and modern open-plan kitchen/living area, a new downstairs bedroom and an en-suite bathroom. Finished with contemporary materials and fittings to give a clean and modern look. The client lived at the property for the duration of the 5-month build and M Jarrald installed temporary services to accommodate this.
