Over a building programme of 28 weeks, M Jarrald extended, remodelled and refurbished this semi-detached property on Turner Road, near Colchester General Hospital. A large rear extension has been added to create a spacious and airy open plan kitchen, living, dining area, whilst a further small addition to the side provides a downstairs shower room. The new kitchen includes air conditioning, and three ovens to accommodate the owners’ home baking business, Luca’s Cakes.
